APARTMENT SPECIFICS

Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom. Each apartment building has 10 apartments which are a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedrooms. Water and sewer are included in rent, tenants are responsible for electric.

1-BEDROOM APARTMENTS

705 sf, 1 bathroom: $650 per month

2-BEDROOM APARTMENTS

972 sf, 1 bathroom: $750 per month

3-BEDROOM APARTMENTS

1,220 sf, 1 bathroom: $850 per month

ELIGIBILITY

Team members hired on or after July 1, 2022 in select hourly positions are eligible for an apartment at The Villages at Stoney Creek. If you have already applied for a position, please contact your Turning Stone Enterprises recruiter about your eligibility to apply for an apartment at The Villages at Stoney Creek.
